Conventional cotton is one of the most chemically intensive crops in the world. Organic cotton is grown without synthetic pesticides or GMOs, using significantly less water and leaving the soil healthier than it found it. For guests, the difference is felt immediately - organic long-staple cotton is softer, more breathable, and free from residual chemicals that conventional finishing processes leave behind.

Every product in the Texaura collection is made from GOTS-certified organic cotton, produced in Fair Trade-certified factories. GOTS - the Global Organic Textile Standard - is the most rigorous certification in the textile industry, covering the entire supply chain from field to finished product. We don't self-certify. The standard does.

Yes. Monogramming, embroidery, and property-specific colourways are available on qualifying orders. We work with properties to ensure any customisation sits within the design language of the piece rather than against it. Minimum order quantities apply for custom work.

Standard catalogue orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days. Custom-branded orders — monogramming, embroidery, specific colourways - require 3–4 weeks from order confirmation. For large-volume or seasonal requirements, we recommend discussing timelines at the enquiry stage so fulfilment aligns with your operational calendar.

Yes. We provide a curated sample set for hospitality partners — bed linen, bath linen, and selected accessories — so your team can assess the fabric, weight, and finish before placing a full order. Sample sets are available on request at hello@texaura.in or fill in the form above.

For standard catalogue orders, unused and unwashed pieces can be returned within 30 days. For bulk and custom orders, we assess on a case-by-case basis. If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect, we replace it. We have not found this to be a conversation we have often - the production standards make it rare.
