Conventional cotton is one of the most chemically intensive crops in the world. Organic cotton is grown without synthetic pesticides or GMOs, using significantly less water and leaving the soil healthier than it found it. For guests, the difference is felt immediately - organic long-staple cotton is softer, more breathable, and free from residual chemicals that conventional finishing processes leave behind.

Every product in the Texaura collection is made from GOTS-certified organic cotton, produced in Fair Trade-certified factories. GOTS - the Global Organic Textile Standard - is the most rigorous certification in the textile industry, covering the entire supply chain from field to finished product. We don't self-certify. The standard does.

There is no minimum for standard gift sets. Custom-branded orders - packaging, monogramming, inserts - have a minimum of 20 units. We discuss this at the enquiry stage.

We supply outside India. Export documentation, customs coordination, and international logistics are handled at our end. Write to hello@texaura.in with your event details and requirements.

Standard orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days with complimentary delivery across India. Bulk and custom orders depend on volume and specification — timelines are confirmed at the enquiry stage.

Unused and unwashed pieces can be returned within 30 days in their original packaging. The recipient can write to hello@texaura.in directly.

Yes. Texaura gift cards are available from ₹ 1000 and are valid on all products, with no expiry date.

Yes. We supply to corporate clients and event planners outside India. Export documentation, customs coordination, and international logistics are managed on our end. Write to hello@texaura.in with your delivery country, quantity, and timeline.

Yes. We send a curated sample set to international clients before bulk orders are confirmed. Samples are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Sample and shipping costs are covered by the client and credited against the final order value.

Yes. We have supplied coordinated gift programmes for events ranging from 50 to 500 guests. We manage product curation, custom packaging, branded inserts, and phased delivery if required. Share your brief at hello@texaura.in, and we will respond with a proposal within 3 business days.

For standard gift sets shipping internationally, we recommend placing orders at least 3 weeks before the required date. Custom-branded orders with monogramming or bespoke packaging require 5–6 weeks. For large events with a fixed deadline, contact us as early as possible - we will confirm feasibility before you commit.
