- If you don’t absolutely love the comfort, you can return your bedding within 30 days, no questions asked.
Bath Linen — Hygiene-Safe 30-Day Return Policy
- Bath towels, robes, and bath linen can be returned within 30 days only if unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept bath products that show signs of use.
How to Initiate a Return
- Please contact us at support@texaura.in with your order details.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label, if applicable.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 30 business days of receiving the returned product.
- Please note if the product shows signs of use or is not in its original condition, the return may not be accepted, and the refund may be declined.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange your item, please mention it during the return initiation process. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Exceptions to Returns
- Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Only products purchased directly from the Texaura website are eligible for returns or exchanges.
