Return Policy
You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, with tags and original packaging. Items that are used, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return. Please return products using the original packaging.
If you receive a defective or tampered item, email us at support@texaura.in with your Order ID and a photo of the defect. We will arrange a return for you.
How to Return a Product
Email support@texaura.in with your order number. Include the invoice with the returned product.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days once the return is received. Refunds will be issued in your original payment method. Gift returns will receive merchandise credit.
Important Notes:
- Only items purchased directly from Texaura are eligible for returns.
- Custom products and items purchased during sales are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
