Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS POLICY

You can return any item purchased on Texaura.in within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.

However, if you receive any defective product or if the packaging is tampered with, do contact us immediately by mailing at support@texaura.in with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. Our support team shall contact you and arrange for the return of the product.

 

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

Please notify us on support@texaura.in providing your order’s number. Put the invoice (the one you received with your order) inside the package and ship it.

REFUND PROCESS
  • If a discount was applied at purchase, that discount will be proportionally applied to your refund or merchandise credit, as applicable.
  • Refunds will be issued in your original form of payment.If you paid using a gift card along with another form of payment, we will first apply the refund to the gift card and then apply the remaining amount, if any, to the secondary form of payment.
  • If you received the product you wish to return as a gift, we will only issue merchandise credit for the return. In order to receive this merchandise credit, you must present a gift receipt at the time of the return.  Merchandise credits are non-transferrable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

PROCESSING OF YOUR REFUND

Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return and refund the purchase price to you.

PURCHASE LOCATIONS

We only accept returns for items purchased directly from us.

 

CUSTOMIZED PRDOUCTS

Customised products cannot be returned.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Our products are not eligible for returns or exchange unless:

  • The product delivered has a quality/manufacturing defect OR has been delivered broken. Please do photograph the defect as soon as you open the packaging.
  • Products purchased during sale period / discounted pricing, are not eligible for returns or exchange.
